  1. Leader of SAHP (San Andreas Highway Patrol)
  1. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
• The first experience of legal organisations I had in this city was SAHP. I gained all my knowledge and experience from being trooper and managed to reach high command quickly within the organisation. From there, I joined orgs such as LSPD and FIB but always found myself returning to SAHP whenever going to the legal side of the city.
• I have a lot of experience in leading, but it is gang related. I have learned a lot from both sides of the law, and I want to show this by leading my favourite legal organisation to succession.
• SAHP has a good balance of action, from dealing with providing insurance, routine traffic stops, to preventing and stopping crime in Paleto Bay and the surrounding highways. I want to show that I am more than just a gang leader. I think the best way for me to show that, is to be the sheriff of SAHP and with the team that I am putting together, I think that SAHP can be the best legal organisation to work for.

  1. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
• Community Engagement: I will build trust between SAHP and the citizens of the city. This will include recruitment drives and there will be some events that will be held by a small PR team within the HRT department. It’s important that we let citizens see we are interested in their safety and that we can all work together to keep the streets safe.
• Tactical training and Inter-Agency Collaboration: The S.W.A.T department will create training days, and work closely with NG, LSPD and FIB to ensure that we can together create the best defence for the entire city. These training days would include de-escalation techniques, crisis negotiation and scenario-based exercises.
• Highway Patrolling and Checkpoint: The basis of SAHP, ensuring we always have people on the highways patrolling and giving tickets for going above the speed limit. Creating checkpoints and maintaining that these are carried out regularly. Training would be properly given to all staff in the Highway Patrol unit to ensure they are carrying out these tasks with zero mistakes.

• HRT – Human Resources is the backbone of any legal organisation, and it will be run by the best of the best to ensure people are trained thoroughly and correctly. They will also have a PR section within the HRT department that will provide events to help build trust between SAHP and the citizens of the city. HRT will also hold recruitment drives regularly to ensure the organisation is always thriving and full of people who are looking to help make the city a better place.

• SWAT – It’s important that SAHP have a swat team. When there are high-risk operations/criminal activity, our highly skilled and specifically chosen trained SWAT team will be first to engage from SAHP. They can assess situations fast and then will plan out the best form of attack.

• Internal Affairs – The IA department will ensure everyone in the organisation always maintains professionalism. They will conduct investigations into anything that can be seen as corrupt and ensuring everyone follows the rules. They will share information with other legal organisations, for example if someone is fired for something they have done wrong, IA will alert LSPD or FIB to ensure they know the person that may join their organisation so they can appropriately decide if they want to be hiring someone who might not be suitable in such an organisation.

• HWP – Highway Patrol is the main department of SAHP and will be treated as such. Officers will be trained to conduct proper traffic stops and ensure the highways are safe for all who use them. There will be people trained to conduct these traffic stops and to create checkpoints on the highway that will be used to ensure everyone is following the laws of the highway.

• Undercover – SAHP’s undercover department will work closely with FIB’s and LSPD’s undercover teams to gather evidence and destroy criminal activity on and around the highway. They will execute operations that will help to catch criminals during their criminal activity and secure evidence to ensure these criminals are punished.
