Life Story: Mark was born on November 7th 2004, ever since he was a young boy his father Lance Thrust took him down a very dark path towards the gang life, ever since Mark was 3 years old he had access to any weapon/ vehicle you can think of. By the time he was 7 he had 12 boddies to his name. Mark is a very psychotic person who will not take no for a answer. Mark is highly highly trained in combat sports and target practice. Mark has a professional MMA record of 42 wins to 1 loss while he was inside London England, he moved to America when he was 17 after he lost his first fight, when he moved to America he got placed in prison for criminal acts he committed back in England.
Career Story: Mark made his way up into gangs of America at the age of 17 and Marks father was a very famous terrorist, his brother was a popular person with the law and this made things hard for mark as he wanted to prove himself. This reputation got Mark a underboss (deputy) role in many of the gangs around the city, when Mark turned 20 the gang leader came up to him with a proposition. If he could infiltrate his way into the legal organisation and become a corrupt officer he would be given over 25million dollars to give the governors head to the gang leader. Mark also likes to torture criminals for information for the LSPD to give them an edge because he has grown to like his LSPD High command. Mark did this successfully within SAHP and FIB and will try his hardest to deliver the governor/governoress as a hostage for any gang .
Outcomes:
1- Mark can take bribes, but cannot take bribe to be a hostage (up to $100k or equivalent value in illegal firearms or items);
2- Mark likes to torture criminals for information on other gangs to tell his gang/org leader sometimes for fun
3- Mark can use the dark net to free criminals
4- Mark can partake in criminal activities alone or friends, or with his family. (off duty/on duty)(secluded areas)(Killing/Robbing/Kidnapping)(going ghetto clapping)
5- Mark might want to refuse to show his Id on a private mission (depending on instance)
6- Mark can sell information to individuals or criminal organizations. (up to $100k)
