Hey brother, hope you are having nice time its been 3-4 months ish of what was the actual targeting issue I understand it as in the end its a RP server we come to roleplay here and age req was set so you guys can actually have mature people if I am not wrong and all was going well as you guys in En3 tend to handle issues of targeting, mass targeting and conflicts perfectly well giving chance to cooperate if not punishment as seen in previous sets of complaints but only in this case is where I believe a fairness is not served as I was previously LB then it was removed as you guys gave me a chance for which I am grateful and ran 3 successful terms afterwards I was told by Oghi I had one of the nice term of LSPD active and good in all ways and I continued with others orgs later on all things went good and at the end I was just back to the city serving Deputy then suddenly few targets come up stalks badly and reports I know reporting rule break is not targeting but stalking hard and trying to find rule breaks from past to blacklist us is also not the fair thing and you guys tend to blacklist all of us not caring of what we did and who we are now but for a thing that was done way previously and even before we took our leadership even tho most of us never intend to deceive you guys and was doing their job properly at the end its a RP server and before this thing also previously En3 was doing amazing on RP quality numbers were out of the world and everything was just perfect but now after this trust me as I played in gang side during my friends term I see the quality dropping a lot the leos only comes in for the pic of curator post and curator see the post and thinks org is active but inside out the RP is slowly fading tho recent FIB term after 4 constant disband is doing a bit good job, at the end you always say you tend to forgive people who listen and cooperates as you told so in this case it was like we were being punished for something way old even tho we are now not breaking a single rule cooperating doing good rp still for the thing in past all of us are stuck, so we request you to deal this thing and gives a chance a last one as its something which most didn't knew how imp till yet but now all of us are aware so if you do a thing like providing irl proof or forum age proof to validify and reconsider that would change a lot of things
- I get it most prolly you will reject this as saying unappealable but just like previously you have given people a chance and informed them about major things of targeting doing constant rule breaks from which many learned and who didnt and still continued you got them blacklisted which was a perfect decision if something sim is considered for this case things will change a lot as we at the end want to roleplay as a leader but due to our past mistake slight one we get to come up and face this issue, at the end its your decision on what to do as in the past En3 chance were given to people who did wrong and learned from their mistake and most of them did good.
