Hello, I have been playing the game for a few weeks and when I was just starting, I had a motorcycle exchange with my friend. We didn't know that throwing the money beforehand was a reason for a ban. We didn't know how to shop at that time anyway. I didn't make any other purchases other than that. Can you forgive me just this once? We apologize, nothing like this will happen again.


(I was also banned for a side account offense, but this is not a side account, I am constantly attending events and reporting offenders to the admins, talking to people and doing events.)
