2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 As a leader, one of my top priorities will be to keep the gang active, under control and also make sure we don't mess up, and rule break. I have a good plan to get numbers into the org, I will not only call my family members to join, but also my friends, and friends of friends. my deputies and highcommands will also do the same. Any type of rule breaks or toxicity during my term will result in being kicked, up to getting blacklisted from org. I will make sure no one is toxic each other and make them all as a family. I would like to minimize favoritism if someone does it, and I will demote him to make sure it does not happen again.
2.2 My experience starts from unofficial organizations, I learned all about city, then I joined gangs for a months and worked my way up to highcommand in many different terms. I aim to improve RP between other gangs and Leos by doing hostages, Stores/Gunstores, FZ raids, etc. During my term I will make sure that we do not have anyone sitting in the HQ sleeping, people need to go to events, if there are no events currently going on they should go ghetto clap, highway rob, and spray.
2.3 I am going to make sure that I pick a good spray leader for my term that can build a strong spray team to make sure we get max profits. When it comes to turfing, I have seen that many past terms in families, turfing has not gone to well, I will try my best to do 100% turf, I will select good turfers that can shoot, and do not rule break in turfs.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I will keep good activity 24/7. Doing lots of events, and creating RP situations, winning all events, battleship, Stores, FZs, etc. I will make sure I have good highcommands that are active and help everyone without being asked to. Also I will have good deputies that can lead events well. I have been not seeing many gangs in highway robbing, I will try to be keep activity up, not only in ghetto as well in highways.
