Life Story :- Soumo was born in the Village of San Andreas and lead the early years of his life in there. He completed his Primary Education in a the Village School as his father waspoor farmer and went for higher education in Los Santos. He has been a obedient boy from the beginning of his life and attained Academic Excellence in all Stages of his education. He Finined his Education and returned back to San Andreas. He helped his Father in the farming but is was not helping this expenses. Soumo always wanted to an Army Officer. Soumo was extremely good in Marshal Arts and Had a good physique. When he Turned 23, he applied for joining National Gaured and cleared all his training and Became an Army Officer.
Carrier Story :- His Earlier Days in National Gaurds was very harsh as he had to go through Tough Trainings and exercies. He slowly gained experience in the Army and Served the country very well. He kept earning higher ranks a lot faster than his colleagues as he was extremely skillful in Shooting, Driving as well as intellegence.
He was experiencing a good time in the National Gaurd. However, the allure of corruption gradually infiltrated his path. His Temptation to earn Lots of wealth slowly decreased the morality in him. He Became a Corrupt Officer to become wealthy in a short span of time.
Outcomes:
1. Soumo can do illegal activities With his fam members such as robbing, ghetto clapping etc. (but not gang HQ's )
2.Soumo can use the truth serum to get information out of criminals or citizens. (Maximum 2 times using /try command)
3. Soumo can become hostage for money (100k).
4. Soumo can carry org stuff off duty to respond to the situation in order to save his org members but not for personal use.
5. Soumo can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still process them without calling a lawyer and without giving Miranda rights to 10-15.
6. Soumo can ask criminals to drop their weapons or any illegal items so he can keep them for personal use or sell in black market ( Not the items that belongs organization)
7. Soumo can release a 10-15 for bribe (max 100k)
8. Soumo is able to use illegal weapons while on/off duty such as painted weapons, XXX weapons and heavy Snipers.
9. Soumo pays his informants in exchange of information (max 100k)
