2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

-> since I have been long in city and gained experience in both organisations. I have spent my 2 to 3 months in illegal organisation. I start my journey with families gang to gain experience as gangster. i have high command experience in all different gang in city. i can handle the blood street gang as a leader because i know every gang stuff and in which manner will run smoothly from my past experience.
---My second reason i will turn the Bloods gang into the gang that controls the dark side of the entire city, and in this way, Los Santos will be under control. I chose my deputies who are experienced and whom I can trust in this regard. So, even when I am not around, they will govern as if there was a leader. Giving rank depends on who deserves it.
--- Leading the Bloods provides an opportunity to hone leadership skills in a dynamic virtual environment. I have past experience of high command in every gang. One of the main reasons I want of become leader of Los santos Bloods is to make it most active and powerful gang in city. I will focus on recruiting new members and building a strong, cohesive team to tackle challenges and pursue common goals

- hiring newcomer in the org so that they can get exp and enjoy rp by doing robbery in ghetto or attending gang events.
- there will be no toxicity in the organisation.
- there will be no favoritism for hc rank in the org.
- blood street gang will do store/gun robbery 2-3 in a day.
- good bonus system for participating in events
- introduce strike system in the organisation.
