Rejected Ban Duration Problem

I’m writing about my recent ban from the server. Initially, I was informed that the ban would last 60 days, but it has now been extended more than 9948 days.

I believe there may have been an error or misunderstanding regarding this change. I would appreciate any clarification you could provide on the situation, as I greatly enjoy playing on the server and want to resolve this matter.
