Life Story:
Harry was born in Los Santos City. He was the only child of his parents. His father was an LSPD officer. Once, his father was patroling on highway alone . Some Bloods gang members saw him when he was patroling alone. The gang members caught him and made him captive. For saving his father Harry gone to Bloods HQ. The Bloods gang demanded Harry to work for them. Then Harry joined the Bloods gang. Day by day, He started doing smuggling drugs, cocaine and other illegal things. Once, he was left on Bloods hq for security. He looked for his father at Bloods HQ and unfortunately he found the dead body of his father. He cried a lot. He left the Bloods gang. He started taking drugs and cocaine and heroine. He became too much depressed and frustated that sometimes he wanted to commit suicide.
Career Story:
Harry is a well-educated guy. He completed his Honours and Masters in Law from UTSA the well knowed university. Once, he thought he would be a corrupt officer. He will earn money so fast and He can also torture the Murderer of his father. By becoming a corrupt officer so that he can make money and can buy drugs, cocaine, heroine etc in bulk and do smuggling with the dealers. Once, he came to SAHP HQ. He found his old friend Alaric Verlice at SAHP HQ who is the Sherrif there. He asked to join his organization. As a result of his education, he joined the organization too easily. Now he is doing corruption and making a good amount of money. He is also torturing the killers of his father.
Outcomes:
1. Harry can engage in any criminal activities with his friends and family
2. Harry is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) up to twice per situation, and if found, break it (/do breaks bodycam).
3. Harry can carry and use illegal items and weapons, he can also sell and buy illegal items from other people or the black market (except organization weapons and items)
4. Harry can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping.
5. Harry can disobey and break firearm law and all IC laws made by the government
6. Harry can resort to interrogation methods, including torture or the use of truth serum, to extract information {using the (/try inject the Truth serum inside the Kidnapped vein command) twice per situation}.
7. Harry may sell classified information to gang members through his connections in gangs in his past experiences(Max 100k or equivalent in weaponry).
8. Harry can remove criminals from the wanted list and wipe their criminal record.
9: Due to money problems Harry can take Bribe up to 100k, he can also take the weapons from the 10-15 while arresting or releasing them. ( will not force him )
