You can clearly see I was at an event place. He did PG in and fail RP at pov 1 (0:40 sec), taseing me without any demands and cuffing me when I have the gun in hand, and there were multiple people there openly carrying fire at the UFO event; even FIB and other LSPD were there. He was clearly there for me just to arrest me, kind of target ,

In POV 2, he fail RP while undragging and dragging at (08:38) and wrong script commands at (09:30)

Rejected

1) Shooting at UFO is not an Event place. It's still an IC zone.
2) They can arrest you for Open carrying weapons. It's an IC reason to arrest and that's not Fail RP.
3) Officer can cuff you while you are having a gun in your hand.​
