This Vehicle was seen earlier on patrol by other units setting up a roadblock, so we decided to head out and patrol the area. We later spotted the vehicle that was BOLO. That's when we tried pulling over the vehicle, failed then became a 10-80. ID 60401 Failed RP and Feared RP because as you know, you must pull over if 2 LEO Vehicles have 2 per vehicle but as you can see we had 3 per vehicle.
