we were in border patrol when we asked him (155409) to leave but he kept coming back so my officer tazed him. after being tazed he had 3 + lethal weapons pointed at him but he didn't fear for his life and started to run.

1st, none of the officers told what was going on and the only thing which happened was them pointing guns at me randomly. 2ndly as can be see in the POV, there are 10 LEOs and a lot of noise due to which I couldn't understand + nobody told me not to move otherwise they might shoot me, as you yourself have mentioned you were asking me to leave just like before when you were asking while pointing the guns at me, I thought you guys just tased me and were pointing for me to run away since there were no demands to stand still were given.

1: No information, only aiming at citizens.
2: At timestamp 0:19 I clarified no demands were given + no gunshots at that time to fear for my life and I don't have to fear for life (specially from LEOs) when LEOs are here to protect according to RP.
3: No demands were given for me to stand still
4: + As seen in the POVs provided, ID 114605 tased me through my window.
5: Thread owner + many others did not give me any kinds of demands yet he still started shooting at me violating the RDM rule.

As can be seen in my POV provided below, ID 114605 cuffs me while I have a gun in my hand and confidently claims he can do so if it's revolver, + as can be seen later when I was told not to move while there were guns in LEOs hands this time I could run away but I didn't since I was given instructions while being pointed at, which clearly shows the difference between both timestamps. + continuous provoking was done from LEOs so I'll be requesting reviewing admin to punish for provoking.

aditional pov provided and new forum opened to make sure demands were given. You violated. Now you should face your charges.
Secondly, there was no provoking, learn what provoking means. No one provoked you in any case it was all RP.
Thirdly, post a forum on the guy who cuffed you, its not our fault.
