2) Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization.
2.1 i want to become leader of ballas gang because i joined both legal and illegal organization but i like gang side most as compare to leo one i spent many months on gang and know good knowledge about gang stuff. As everyone know ballas is most active gang every time and popular for his successful history. i will do terrorism in whole ghetto and city and highway i will do store robbery gun store hostage kill people in ghetto and rob them all and made Ballas best gang.
2.2 I chose my deputies who are experienced and whom I can trust in this regard. So, even when I am not around, they will govern as if there was a leader. Giving rank depends on who deserves it. I won't do any favoritism, everyone will get what they deserve. we will develop in Graffiti team and we will give importance to Turfers. We will Support them against them, our goal is to always take anyone. without interviewing. I want to be the Leader to gain this I am talking about to the Gangs.
2.3 As a leader I will personally look into each and every gang matter and will try to solve it with my knowledge and maturity and won't do any favoritism among my gang. i know how to handle any situation calmly, and i have a team of high command those who will handle my org when the leader and deputies are busy. i have been leos orgs as well so i know their tactics i can make best plan to defend raids from Leos. I will handle the ballas and i will do everything in my power to keep my gang active with my deputies.
3) Your advice for improving roleplay in the organization.
HCs will be chosen carefully making sure each one of them knows what's best for the org plus Keeping a great HC team make a huge different. I will require at least 1 HC to be present even when making the rob, in order to perform it in accordance with the rules. In this way, the risk of mistake will be reduced to zero and the rp will be completed in accordance with the rules.
