2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I have been playing this RP project for 3 years and gained a lot of experience, usually playing daily. I noticed that Ballas had good activity, but I want to make it even better than before. I had great experiences with Families and Vagos, learning a lot from both factions. I even become the leader of both Families and Vagos, which taught me many valuable lessons along the way. I am excited to apply everything i have learned to improve the project.
2. When I first arrived in the city, I found myself drawn to a gang. They took me in, showed me the ropes, and trained me in all the key roles within the gang itself, as well as the dynamics of the city and state.
3. But being a leader isn’t just about the power. It’s about passing on what I have learned. I would want to take the most experienced people, teach them everything I know, share the knowledge about trufers and cland, give them the skills and mindset that helped me rise up. It’s all about making sure the next generation of leaders is just as strong and loyal.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
actively participating in events .
* getting 100% turf.
* By negotiating with Leo`s in hostage situations, Gun Store Robbery, and Store robberies.
* Making some special team for some departments like negotiations
* Participating in every event, such as Clandestine, Battleship, and Defending BM Raid Attacking the FZ Raid.
* Hiring people for Graffiti, And doing actively.
