This is to bring to notice an IC situation where two persons were observed with illegal vests, upon being attempted to interrogate the situation quickly escalated to a pursuit. However, both decide to go for an unreasonable open shooting without any demands. This hasn't happened once but twice by two different persons ID 402984 involved in provoking and instigating by-passers for not helping without any valid justification; ID 396376 chose to ram the car unrealistically and upon being questioned immediately pulled up a gun without any verbal commands.

If you see it carefully there was a delay in the cuffs being applied he was not even down, when the cuffs were put on.

Were you in that situation? Was you the one who put cuffs on ! no right and the body cam clearly shows there is a stutter so invalid arguments does not make rest of the things that happened in the clip a valid thing
