We decided to patrol as a convoy since there were lots of criminal activity and roadblocks. As you can see in the first clip we attempted to pull this car over since it was going over the highway speed limit of 180km/h. The vehicle at first pulls over, and we had another unit provide backup because earlier in the day there was a 10-80 where a vehicle similar to this one with the same under glow was involved. As you now know we have 2 LEO vehicles with 2 or more officers in the vehicle. He then starts to drive away.



In the second clip, ID 42191 and 60401 were also involved in a 10-80 and disregarded that we had 2+ LEO vehicles with 2 or more officers. You can also see them drive offroad with a sports car.

As you can see from an earlier chase, someone with the same car and outfit was found assisting another fail rp situation (which was already approved and dealt with). The suspect was found again driving the same vehicle and wearing the same clothing but in this case he had an accomplice. In this video, you can see the subject failing to pull over even when 2 LEO vehicles with 2+ Officers were in the car asking him to pull over.

I would like to ask If I may, I would like to bring in ID 9714 as well for failing up. This was all around the same time we were in those 10-80s. ID 9714 disregarded that we had 2+ LEO vehicles with 2 or more officers.
