    Encourage open lines of communication across all ranks to ensure seamless operations. Weekly meetings will be held to address issues, suggestions, and feedback.

    Motivate members to actively participate in events such as base patrols, raids, and hostage situations. Incentives like promotions and rewards will be implemented to boost morale and competitiveness.
