At timestamp 1:36 ID 123960 can be seen approaching and issuing UB demands. Later at timestamp 2:20 ID 50609 can be seen participating in gang activity in personal clothes violating Ghetto Rule 1.7.

In 2nd POV at timestamp 0:17 ID 170633 can be clearly seen driving personal car during gang activity inside the event zone, violating Event Rule 1.17.
