Please show me where i was Liable for GR 3.1 and 3.2

And The Suspect isnt punished yet, why is is not responsible for GR 3.2, listen to the thing is he started from in the POV. Is that not GR 3.2??
And plz let me know what i said was liable for GR 3.1 and 3.2.
We clearly understand now that the APLHA's are getting targeted.
