Dear Grand Management ;
I was penalized for an unfortunate mistake and I deeply regret it
I had unintentionally done something against the rules of the game and it was completely against my will
Therefore, I accept my punishment and I ask you to reset my money and open my ban
I've been playing this game for 2 years and I want to continue again
