1. Leader of San Andreas Highway Patrol.
2. Why do you want to be leader of this specific Organization?
I have been in All Organizations in the City and SAHP is the one which was my birth org as this was the first org which I joined when I came to the city I Felt Something else and wanted to stay here, I usually love challenges from organizations and SAHP always had something interesting and challenging for me. First time I joined SAHP In Lola Swordthain's term, it was an awesome term filled with professional people and I learned all my LEO Things in that term. I learned so much and then after the disband I joined LSPD under Andy Bank's term, but I missed SAHP so much that I thought one day I would run SAHP as the sheriff so I kept getting LEO's experience ever since that day in hope to run SAHP one day.
Secondly I am gonna make some very strong relations with every LEO org present at the moment and I know most of them personally so it wont be a problem and for and as for since I have good connections with them so there could be a lot of RP done between the LEO orgs and since I have the exp in all orgs I know how to deal with an another org in case if their is a conflict or something.
Thirdly I have seen SAHP was facing activity issues in the prior term, in my leadership, I will make sure to have good numbers all the time, and make sure troopers are on duty at every given moment and not just doing Anti-AFK to farm rp tickets or anything.
Fourthly High Command positions will be given only to the ones who actually know how the org runs and who can manage the org in different situations rather than giving to ones who just want to show off and abuse their High Command Powers.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Favoritism will be non existent in my term! since everyone deserves a chance to become HC and to counter I will personally watch on all promotions which are being handed and make sure that they all deserve it and after becoming a HC if they don't do their they will be taught it again and after making sure that they can be a HC again they will get promoted again
I will make sure that the PR department will organize atleast 2 PR events daily so that we can have strong relations with the people of Paleto Bay and earn their trust and conduct some internal PR events also which will keep the morale of our troopers up and they will compete against themselves to be the best.
We will be carrying out patrols every 10-20 mins with 2-3 convoys to make sure there are no robberies happening and no civilian is getting harassed by gangs or Unoff families.
Additionally I will host trooper of the week every week event so that the troopers will compete in several activities to prove their worth that they deserve HC and be the best.

2) Special Weapons and Tactics (S.W.A.T):- This department will be the who will engage first in every hostage or store robbery if anyone is being robbed they will be the one to reach on the situation first and then respond according to the current situation I will select the best of the best units from the whole organization and teach them the strategies on how to react on each and every situation and how to proceed later on.
3) Internal Affairs (IA):- This department is a must to ensure that everything in the department is going all according to the rules and make sure no one is breaking them for their own benefits, I will make sure this department does a daily bodycam check and licenses and BGC (Background check) on every unit in the org to ensure all the units are up to date and make sure that no favoritism or corruption is being by high commands or any other units.
4) Public Relations (PR):- This is the department which will ensure that the relations with the public are at the top this deps main work will be to organize PR events for public so that SAHP and civilians will have a bonding and trust each other.
5) Undercover (UC):- This department will always make sure that each and every evidence is collected of the illegal activities performed by gangs and Unoff Families and the evidences will be re-checked by FIB UC team to increase the RP between FIB and SAHP so this way we will also gain FIB's trust and they will use our evidences in their works.
6) Highway Patrol (HWP):- This department is very crucial for SAHP as this department will make sure that the highways are clean and the cars are being towed away at any given moment and make sure that the roads are clean and conduct checkpoints regularly.
