i was doing patrolling i see a guy driving so fast when i give him demands to stop he did not stop then i block his engine and when i was see his passport he was in NG and having 4 star wanted level and then he call his friend their to protect him the call around 6 guys to do mercy killing when i kill 4 of them their left of guy start shooing our 10-15 and mercy kill them.
