2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1) My experiences in National Guard all the way from Private to Brigadier General really has made me want to lead this organization all the way to the top where we belong, because of my incredible experiences in NG it would be an honor to be the 34th General of this brilliant organization to succsess. in my time as a regular solider i learnt to respect my fellow soliders and my higher ups. because of my vast ammount of experience in other LEO orgs i think NG is the perfect place for me to start my first leadership role.
2.2) when i first decided to go down the legal org route i only really wanted to join two orgs, those two orgs are NG and FIB, but because of my IC age at the time i decided that NG was the correct choice for me. when i started gaining ranks i instantly fell in love with this Organization, ever since that it has been my biggest dream and honor to lead this amazing organization and i fell like this is the right time for me to prove im worthy enough. i think think that NG is the perfect place for me to improve and master my leading skills.
2.3) During my time being apart of State Organizations i realized that favouritsm is a huge part of leaders failing in their terms, therefore i want to have an experienced leadership to help me run the National Guard to the best of my ability. im willing to dedicate most of my day to this organization and to help it grow. i also want to focus on keeping NG professional and avoid internal situations such as fights and meaningless arguments.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
To improve the Roleplay in the National Guard i will focus on maintaining good communication with the other legal organizations, to make sure that my term well i will host regular trainings to make sure that my soliders are up to standard. i will also have zero tolerence for disobeying chain of command but i will also make sure that people dont abuse their rank. i will introduce a system where HRT has to train a recruit within 48 hours of being hired, MP will also be really important in this term, MP will only have experienced people that are familiar with the internal rules to keep the National Guard in Check. Airforce will have a huge part in preventing FZ raids, the way that will work is that there will be pilots in the air most of the time to patrol the area.
