Player 149054 once again appears at our family house, starts shooting at me without any roleplay or demands.
In this video we can see he has already rendered my family member unconscious, hence i was ready with a gun, knowing that he will come for me next.
And as soon as he starts shooting at me, i retaliate by firing back at him to defend myself.
He violated Gen Rule 6.15 again in a short time period.
I believe he even breeched NLR as you can see he has killed my friend already before i encounter the situation, unfortunately i could not get the POV of that so i did not claim NLR violation.

I request the admins to review this and punish him accordingly.

Here is the extended pov as requested by the admin.
Here you can even see a possible violation of NLR and attempt to revenge kill.
You can clearly hear my family member, whom he kills later say " i see him"
I didn't request NLR previously as he wasn't seen in my pov untill 16 minutes of the previous incident.

Also i would like to highlight the fact that the person 149054 joined our family the day after this thread was posted, which i can only think of is for 1 reason- deceiving the admin/players that he is a member of our family and avoid punishment.
