I just got out from fam house garage and he was outside and did rdm to us with no reason

dear admin team. at the the first i wana start this forum by saying as u see here in the video this is the full pov of the situation that he started shotting at me first and started to insult me and this forum that he posted on me and this the link "https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/875951/" at first he ditn't post the full situation so how the forum got accepted and i got punished and the second thing he was lying in the forum that he posted so that consederd deceving admins and the third thing his freind did bug abuse (f1) as u see in my pov and thank u for ur time and this is my pov of the full sittuation

i have pov of what happened before in MY screen and i just exited the fam house so i couldn't know what happened before, i just reported what happened to me, i was in fam garage, i took ammo car to go to a fam event and when i go out you can see where my pov started.
About the CL i didn't even see it in my pov as you can see so how could i know it, he just CL not bug abused as you said.
