1. Leader of National Guard

2. Why lead this organization? Present three reasons with explanations.

Vision for growth: Preparing and guiding the organization through deeper and greater levels of success by re-engineering the community towards being active is paramount importance. My perspective also includes ensuring that growing our interactions with the community’s members is not merely in quantity, but rather in the quality of the relationships.
A positive environment: I believe in the creation of an all-important good and nurturing space for members. People in positions of leadership, the leaders, should be ashowers of power, instead of being power themselves. Acknowledgement of every individual’s right to expression in such cells should be a given.

Experience and passion: seeing as I am very passionate about interpretive dancing and what the organization entails, I have gathered a lot and a variety of experiences necessary that prepare an individual to lead in a way that works very well for me and that is around progress oriented and challenging situations.

3. Your recommendations for improving the RolePlay level of the organization.

I would urge the members to engage more equally in the past life of their character, the gender and the personality of their characters because this will serve to strengthen the creativity as well as the consistency of the acts and plots. There is no doubt that detailed profiles and consistent actions will be seen in the future through interaction and roleplay.

Always encourage participants to compete: Develop themes, situations or competitions which require participants to stretch their minds and try to harmonize with other players. The more RP opportunities we are able to devise, the more knitted together everybody becomes.

Encourage and praise all attempts: The first, constructive criticism, the other, reward. Always say a warm word when they do something right and when there is a need to say something negative there should be a lot of advice in order to enhance the situation. This will make the members of the group operate within the parameters of a growth mindset and consequently raise the bar of RP.
