Dear Adminstrators

I hope you're doing well. I want to sincerely apologize for not submitting my POV request on time. Unfortunately, I was offline at the time, as I was asleep. When I logged in about an hour ago, I discovered that I had been banned.

I would also like to mention that I’m new to the server and this is my first experience here. I’ve never been banned or was at the jail, and I genuinely enjoy playing on EN03. It was never my intention to break any rules, and I fully understand the importance of submitting my POV when requested.

I have my POV ready now and will submit it right away to resolve this situation. I kindly ask if you could consider reducing my ban out of understanding, and I promise to be more careful in the future to avoid any similar issues.
