I was banned for 60 days for GR 1.9 I think it's because my friend gave me an apartment as a gift and after a few days I gave him other money.
I posted a form explaining what happened in detail and I was told that it will be wiped then unbanned this time! But until now the ban has not been lifted from my account. I think there is a problem and I really did not object to any penalties that he received.
