as you can see i was going out of the hospital and then i saw a car pulled over to me so i runned away from him until i sow him take out a teast and teast me and cuffed me and take me to jail. he didnt even told me to stop or i was wanted so its a clearly Fail rp and GR 6.4 Thanks
