Hello, I was recently banned for gen 3.1 which is insulting someone OOC, in this case I haven't insulted anyone OOC, The name "Enes" in the evidence is a IC character even his discord account in the FIB server is named "Enes" and his recent IC names were something with "enes". so me calling him a tool for blocking my engine on purpose does not fall under gen 3.1. Calling someone a tool is not a punishable offense. I understand where Opti Pride is coming from in this situation he probably thought Enes is OOC character but if his name in the FIB mails is Enes it basically makes Enes an IC character as organization mails are used in IC situations. I would like this situation to be reconsidered I think a 3 day ban is unnecessary even allegedly if "Enes" was an OOC character calling him a "tool" should be maximum 180 minutes mute, In my opinion a 3 day ban is beyond harsh as I didn't insult his family or respectives and simply called him a "tool"

Hello, to clear some stuff for you, every insult in a language other than english is OOC insult as the only IC language is english, the punishment has nothing to do with the name Enes and we both know the exact translation is not 'tool' and it is in fact an insult in Turkish

I would like to know what it means as google translate states "Mal" translates to "Tool". Also would like to state that Turkish was spoken by all 3 individuals in the video evidence including the forum owner and outside of greenzones another language can be spoken if agreed by all players. In this case it was agreed and spoken by all 3 players as the forum owner was speaking turkish to me just before the incident. But I understand that you wouldn't have knowledge of that since the owner of the thread tried to manipulate the evidence by cutting the parts he spoke turkish. (3.3 All players must be able to communicate in English and IC chat must be English only.(Other languages may be used in private only if everyone who can see has agreed to it.) | Mute 120 min) In this case it was private there was no one nearby and it was not a green zone.

Update: According to the Turkish Language Association, the proper meaning of the slang "Mal" is:

I don't think calling someone a dork deserves 3 days!
