Hello I found a policeman giving a ticket to my friend while he was parking correctly I asked him (ID 108221 ) to show me his ID but he acted strangely he was showing me his password after that he asked me why I told him but he ignored the matter and refused to show his ID to the police and as you can see there was a car and three policemen (ID 108221 & 93918 & 74254) and there was a person carrying a weapon openly and he had a mask special for policemen (Balaclava) they did not punish him or detain him he, should receive the necessary punishment for (bad cop with out bio) so that they learn the laws well thank you.

Giving Fines is Totally an IC issue, If you feel they fined your Car for no reason you can go to capitol and get a lawyer and Sue them.
