Sneaky was born in Los Santos . It is a beautiful small city . When Sneaky was a kid he always wanted to be a Cop. Well his mom thinks differently, she thinks sneaky shouldn't be a cop and advise him to be a construction worker. Sneaky had a brother that was younger than him. It was a beautiful day in his home city and he was playing with his brother in backyard of his house then they went outside from the backyard and went on a street to pickup the football that went over the fence and then out of no where a guy in black ski mask came and grabbed both of them but Sneaky was able to escape after some seconds he realized his little brother got kidnapped. So he told everything to mom and she said to go and learn to be a cop in USA because there is the best police academy. And from that day Sneaky never found his little brother again so Sneaky decided to learn and master police work. He went to USA after 10 years because then he became 15.
So after more than 2years Sneaky finally finished his Police academy. So his training was finished then he got rejected in to FIB due to his young age. So he joined SAHP and went to work at Highway patrolling There he worked for 4 months and got promoted to Captain. After that he left SAHP and decided to try again and join FIB again at this time it was successful so he became a FIB hod . So to find his lost brother he will get some experience here and then go back to his home town and join Local police department but before that he needs to work here is Los Santos. He got some information that the guy who kidnapped his brother was seen in LS so he thought he might get bloody revenge on him .Then he take transfer from FIB to LSPD and he become hod after that he meet a few corrupted officers and Sneaky become greedy and addicted to drug .Now Sneaky wants to not be on the good side he has became a villain he knows what he wants not for now he stand with the law but that will not last for long as Sneaky has other plans to do.
Outcomes:
1. Sneaky can easily drive cars (except super cars) on rough roads without breaking any RP.
2. Sneaky can carry a hidden, waterproof ballistic camera in his Sun Glasses 24/7 & doesn’t need to refresh it.
3. Sneaky offer to become a citizen hostage for a maximum of $100k and a LEO hostage for a maximum of $50k.
4. Sneaky can offer to provide information to Illegal organization and legal organization about each other for bribes
5.Sneaky has no fear of 2 guns, which means when people try to rob him, they need least 3 people pointing guns at him.
6.Sneaky can recognize anyone by their clothes and voice (without breaking MG by looking at their ID)
7.Sneaky can Fly a Heli in very Professional manner, can land Heli in congested areas because of Pilot Experience.
