Ok So First Of all Being the deputy Of the Gang Let Me Conclude the situation that is so called mass rule break from marabunta !!!
1st Thing He Clearly says That he is gonna search you when he searched for the first time . Secondly He Did a cough Drop when you said easy gov which make him suspecious that he is not audible Ok. For rest of your POV everything was Fine At The Last When He Told You To Run For Your Life There Were Multiple People Telling You To Stop But You Did not So They Shot You And When You Stop They Stopped Shooting. OK So This Is the Situation There Are No Rulebreaks except ID 160328 Just Doing Pickpocket To You Without Saying It. And For This There Is No Mass Rule Break !!!!
