Rejected Ban for Bug | Opti Pride Thread 881155

Someone posted a thread against me that i aboused bug and uploaded the video, well i got killed out the beach market then i got a code a so to avoid any kind of fear rp or breaking any rp rules i came back as fast as i could. The game crashes on it own many times and it has happened with everyone one of us some day or the other so how come it is my fault? Check the thread 881155 along with the video if i get a code after i am unconscious what am i suppose to do if i dont come back then it has to be fear rp or can say i did it with purpose and if i come back bug abuse? If i had to abuse the bug i would have not come to that location as simple as that.
I dont have a bodycam but i have attached the link of the person who posted it please explain why did i recieve a 30 day ban when the game crashed itself. If i had the intension to abuse the bug i would have taken time until that player leaves the area and then i would have come back i came back becuase i was not abusing the bug please see the video till the end.
