BACKSTORY
The Carter is an Indian American criminal organization based in Los Santos as part of the American Mafia (or La Cosa Nostra). It has since spread throughout San Andreas. Like most Mafia families in the United States, was on the Commission although the Carter family was never bigger than the Liberty City or Vice City families. Since his death, the crime family has been on a gradual decline, with the Gambino Crime Family representing them on The Commission.
In the late 1970s Francis "Frankie Cheeks" Civella became the second member in American Mafia history to testify against the Mafia. In 1981 a biography of Civella was published, The Last Wiseguy by Percival Rubaker, which is the source for a lot of information on the history of the family. In the 1980s, the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO Act), became a highly effective law in convicting mobsters and shrinking the American Mafia. Like all families in the United States, the L.A. Mafia only holds a fraction of its former power.
The current boss of the family is Dixit Morgan. The current family is small compared to the families on the East Coast and is involved in fraud, extortion, loan sharking, illegal gambling, drug trafficking, and legitimate businesses. Although not having to share power with other Mafia families like Liberty City's Five Families, never having a strong Indian-American population in the region leaves the family to contend with the many street gangs in the "Gang Capital of America." The Los Santos Crime Family is the last Cosa Nostra family left in the state of San Andreas-

1. Suspended - Newcomers who are not trusted yet also If someone breaks the server rules they will get demote to this rank for 24hrs after 3 warnings they will get fired from the family.
2. Newbie - Newly joined members in the family.
3. Trainer - The one who trains the newcomers in the Family.
4. Turfer - Shooters for family events (only for informals, bizz war and sphere of influance with limited permissions)
5. Event Leader - The one who leads the events.
6. Trusted - The old members who have given the loyality and gain trust from the family.
7. Under Deputy - Assistant of The Deputies Of The Family For Events and checking the newly joined members are not breaking the server rules.
8. Deputy - The Deputies Of The Family For Events.
9. OG - The Deputies Of The Family For Business Works, investors and cofounders of the family [All permissions]
10. Leader - The Head Of the Family with Big Responsibilities.

1. Winning all the events we attend (Business Wars, Rating Battles, Informal's etc.)
2. Collecting high profits with the events we won and entering among the rich families of the city.
3. Reach at the top in the family ranking.
4. Make our name known to the city.
5. Getting as many people in the family and helping them to grow in the city
6. Become the biggest gun trafficking family in the city
