Rejected Ban for luminous skin | Ace Galante

hello dear administrator.

i received a ban while playing capture because of using luminous skin. however mazhor said luminous skins are allowed for any server. i dont know how ace galante invented this rule. (my gp ban was ended 5 days ago) but now i see ace galante ban me for luminous skin aswell) i wish all the administrators a good day.
