Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1. I want to establish an organization where everyone protects each other like a family within the gang. It will be an organization with discipline, like a state org, where everyone respects each other and does not insult each other.
2. My second reason of becoming leader of Los Santos Vagos is to remove toxicity from the gang and Lead with Patience and Teach my gang member so they can learn from me.Also My target is to make vagos active as this was my first gang if my rp life.
3. My Third reason is my rank and bonus system that will be much different from other term.Ill give some criterias and interview system for the High Command.Ill make sure there will be no favouritizm in my gang.Also ill clarify all people that they have good knowledge about ooc rules and ghetto rules.
Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1- To make sure that everyone want join the gang know the server rules.
2- As a leader, I will keep the gang active by joining events like clands , battleships, and stores.
3.I will reward active members with promotions and bonuses to keep them motivated
In this way, the risk of mistake will be reduced to zero and the rp will be completed in accordance with the rules.
