I want to address the issue regarding the account sharing concern under rule 1.1,
I don't know why it done banned me, I'm sure that I didn't share my account or it was hacked by hackers, I just bought a new PC and I definitely wanted to use the same account and knowing that I used it with the same IP in which I played my old device, and I didn't intend to hack any rules or the game system. I hope you give me another chance and I'm more than willing to accept that as a fair result
Please let me know if this solution is acceptable or if there are any additional steps I need to take to ensure this matter is resolved. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and hope for a chance to continue participating responsibly.
I really need another chance plz, and i will ensure that this problem not be repeated again.
