Approved RDM + VDM | ID - 280065 and VDM | ID - 434312

Hlo Admin,

I was in store near by that parking i came out from that store for to get by car in parking and this to guys random came to start VDM and RDM
There is two guy in these incident one whose ID starts with 280065 he started RDM + VDM and other whose ID starts with 434312 this guys only did VDM
These is very annoying and frustrating punish them as soon as.
