Rejected Appeal to get banned

I want to get banned as I am tired of the late responses made by the admins
Admins never respond on time and punish me for no valid reason
The specific admin is Lazar White and Peren Hill
Peren didn’t respond on time
Lazar muted for 1 hour then I had a talk in the request option after which he gave me 2 hour mute
The administration needs to be improved
I want this to be either approved by slim Capella or Freija Jinn
