Rejected kept in jail for wrong issue

I was in a situation where a lspd officer kills me and puts me in cuff right at the moment when im about to spawned to hospital and when i spawned to hospital no keys were working so i restarted the game and then i get a admin message saying that i have been arrested caus i left the game when im being arrested, first of all im fib and i dont know why the lspd guy killed me and not the actual criminals and also i didnt left the game i was spawned into hospital its not my fault..
Situation starts at 0:53 and 6:26
