I was in situation with 110111 Then 106814 comes and demands to stop/break RP situation + Blocking by Car(CR) (He said stop or you will get vacations), And also talks OOC things without saying "talking OOC"(Word POV is OOC)

+He was also demands "He will call HC or Chief of police on me for 10-15, which leads to corruption, and this required corrupt bio, Fail RP if player do not have corrupt bio.

+106814 blocked my way at doc gate as-well (stopping/breaking RP situation )
