Rejected got banned

Hello guys i got banned for gr 6.3 spike , to be honest i was not playing for 1,2 hours i think i let my younger brother play just to not get afk or something cause i need the gc what he did he got to ware house organization and took all the guns from there while i was out of the house when i came back i got this message that i got permanent ban and i had this account for 2 years now is there a way that i can get unban or no cause i really have og things in my account
