Dear administrator;
A few hours ago I was playing and as the lollipop bucket appeared i went to it and started mining but the character was not performing the mining action even if the e interaction was completed. After few moments the game got freased. I taught it was a network error and quitted the game. After few hours when I logged In it is showing banned for anticheat #1023.
I did not do any kind of cheating or malpractice in the game .
Pls help me in getting out of this situation.
