As I have already showed the situation on the pov under my complain, that guy is shooting me without any demand, General Rule 6.5 says that its not allowed to do any type of criminal acts against the EMS employees, including shooting, especially without giving demands unacceptable. I do not think that any further explanation would need to be done here since proof itself and the format by itself is totally correct already.
