Was riding through ghetto, doing my thing smoked like 4 of this guys homies who were literally trying to speed boost in the open but looked more like they were falling over on ice. I eventually get killed where this man runs up to me like its his first kill on GTARP and calls me a 'retard'.

Saying that to a dead corpse? sounds like OOC to me...
