I've lost twice my hourly progress towards M4.
Lat night I had it recorded It was 16/50 and when i logged in this morning it is 7/50. That is 9h lost of progress and play. Picture is uploaded (also have a video from last night as full proof if needed). As an additional proof I am also providing picture of this mornings weekly hour rewards which is on 20% out of 80h which is exactly 16h which I have reported.
I really want to get this car as I am new player and it is really though when my score keeps getting restarted. Can you please help with this inconvenience and return the hours as I should be over 50% of it by now for sure and because of this I am not even on 1/5 atm.
