Hello dear admins,
Today, I placed an ad on the LI platform to sell my properties, but they prepared the advertisement incorrectly. You can see the ad below.

I was quite upset about this situation because I am paying $4,000 per advertisement, and I expect quality service in return. Upon realizing that my ad was incorrect, I addressed the issue via CC, stating: “LI, I’m selling houses! What is this!?”. You can find the proof below.

Following this message, Mr. Abhijeet Burrows, a former admin of GRAND RP and the current COO of LI, responded to me via CC. His response is also provided below.

Here’s what I want to ask: As a former COO of LI myself, I have always made an effort to maintain constructive and positive communication, whether in written or face-to-face interactions. However, Mr. Abhijeet Burrows’ response was sarcastic, provocative, and clearly toxic. I find this behavior inconsistent with the professionalism expected from someone in his position. I am at a loss as to how he could make such a comment and display such an attitude toward the public. After all, I am a customer, and I am paying a significant amount for advertisements on this platform. Shouldn’t he have responded in a more professional manner? This situation is nothing but an example of pure toxicity.
For a second advertisement error, I opened a ticket on Lifeinvader's Discord account. However, this individual claimed that there was no error in my advertisement. You can see the evidence below.

Following this, the same person blacklisted me from Lifeinvader's Discord account! (POV: https://imgur.com/DHDUzLW) Isn’t this a clear case of targeting? Could you please ask if this individual is familiar with the rules for blacklisting? How can they blacklist a customer, and what is the reason behind it? This behavior is entirely unprofessional and an obvious example of favoritism. I am deeply disappointed to see such actions from Lifeinvader.
I trust that you, our esteemed admins, will find a resolution to this issue, and I eagerly await the outcome. Otherwise, as a customer, it raises a critical question: How am I supposed to open tickets regarding Lifeinvader’s advertisement errors in the future? This would undoubtedly become a matter of serious debate.
Best regards,
Queen Targaryen
