When I created my forum account, I unintentionally entered an incorrect date of birth. My actual date of birth is May 5, 2009, but I mistakenly entered May 5, 2000. As a result, I was blacklisted from leadership roles due to an age miscalculation.

To clarify, at the time of my application, my actual age was 17 years, 5 months, and 21 days, but the error in my forum account caused an incorrect assessment. I sincerely regret this oversight and assure you it was an honest mistake made when I set up the account.

I respectfully request the following:

1. Update my forum account date of birth to reflect my actual birthdate: May 5, 2009.
2. Review and reconsider my leadership blacklist status, as it was based on incorrect information.
