2. Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization? ( list three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I have led two organizations to the fullest with two successful terms and I plan to bring my knowledge and expertise to FIB and lead the same if not better than my previous terms. I have always been a guy to uphold the rules of any organization I go to as I believe an organization should be ran to the best. If any situation arises that will hurt FIB in anyway I will address it immediately.
2.2 I have been in FIB for a collective of five terms starting as a low rank and working up in Tommy slaters term to head of department where I was leading Spec Ops. I then went on to lead SAHP for two terms where after SAHP I went to DOJ and also worked my way up then transferred to FIB where I was a 00 Agent and patiently waited and worked in Spec Ops until I was offered Chief of Staff of Spec Ops in Jay Jodds term. I am a very well experienced leader as, I have led National guard and SAHP for two successful along with being Undersheriff, CoS in LSPD and CoS in GOV.
2.3 Lastly, while working in FIB I have learned many things about myself and what I am capable of, I believe these capabilities will allow me to lead FIB for a successful term and maybe a second term if offered. I have learned while being under many leaders in FIB what it takes to lead the organization to the best of my ability. I also understand what it takes to lead events and/or win events. No matter the situation I will make sure that my team will know how to execute within the situation. I will have trainings not only with the special operations department we have but, with everyone who is willing to take the next step at becoming a great FIB agent which will also require dedication within FIB.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 Lets start off with favoritism, I have always preached to disallow this as I believe you shouldn't choose high commands and or any friends to be higher ranks than there experience is. I will never show this nor allow this in my organizations. If I spot anyone doing so there will be punishments involved up to dismissal from FIB.
3.2 I have always wanted to involve ems more, I did this in SAHP and plan on doing the same in FIB with either department checks once or twice a week. I will call them to respond to hostage situations or stores if they may be able to so, We may receive adrenaline shots and/or get medical attention before engaging within the store and/or hostage situation.
3.3 I have implemented this before but, I will bring back inter org relations which will include that I will be personally having meetings one on one with other leaders and/or deputies to ensure that we can work together properly. If there is an issue between FIB and another organization I will handle it to the best of my ability no matter the issue as, we as leos are better together than apart. also, I will hold in house competitions to give people a little something extra to work towards and for them to show there dedication to FIB.
